RFP Period: Monday April 5, 2021 – Friday May 28, 2021 by 4 p.m.
WestMass ElderCare, Inc., a private non-profit contracting with MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs, invites interested parties to subcontract for the provision of in-home and community-based services for elder consumers residing in Holyoke, Chicopee, South Hadley, Granby, Belchertown, Ware and Ludlow for the period commencing October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2024.
