My Life, My Health

This free program provides information and teaches practical skills to help you or your loved one live better with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and hypertension. By participating, you will learn valuable tools and gain motivation needed to manage the challenges of living with these conditions. The goal of this course is to enable participants to build self-confidence and assume an active role in maintaining their health and living well in spite of their challenges.

Alzheimer’s Association New England Family Conference

The Alzheimer’s Association will host a free virtual educational conference for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia and their families. The New England Family Conference will take place March 4-5, 2022 and is open to individuals living with Alzheimer’s, family caregivers and the general public.
