Area Plan

WestMass ElderCare, Inc, a designated Area Agency on Aging and Aging Services Access Point, was founded in 1974 to serve older individuals, persons with disabilities and family caregivers. Based in Holyoke, MA, our Planning and Service Area (PSA) includes the following communities: Belchertown, Chicopee, Granby, Holyoke, Ludlow, South Hadley and Ware. Learn more in our Area Plan.
